FIRST DAY OF CHEMO!

I always try to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. As much as I was hoping for some good news this morning, I did not get it. I have Stage 4 Colon Cancer. It has metastasized to my liver (with more than 6 spots) as well as to my bones (including my pelvis, ribs, and spine). I'm starting chemotherapy today and will have to be monitored closely for response and we will decide further treatment from there. Thank you all for your continued support and prayers!
